Bush and Gables is situated in Marloth Park and offers comfortable Bed & Breakfast accommodation in a tranquil, well-appointed bushveld lodge where guests can enjoy lovely views from the thatched deck. It is set in a natural bushveld environment where animals roam free, guests can enjoy a true bushveld experience with a touch of luxury.

THINGS TO DO
Bush Braai
​
Entering the park you will embark on an Afternoon Sunset Safari that will take you to the EXCLUSIVE Bush Braai Site. Here guests will enjoy a welcoming drink around the fire and experience the African sunset. Enjoy a Bush Dinner under the African skies with nature a the backdrop and the sounds of Kruger in the background. After dinner guests will depart with the guide on a Night drive and make their way back to Crocodile Bridge to exit the park.
Bush Walks
​
But walking by day in Marloth is an absolutely wonderful experience. The bushland is beautiful, and well provided with roads and tracks. You’ll encounter lots of the Marloth animals on your walk, and countless birds of many species. The Crocodile river is just 15 minutes walk along safe bush tracks. There you’ll be looking directly into Kruger National Park (the river is actually inside Kruger), so you can expect to see elephants up close. You can also spot buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, many species of antelope, sometimes rhinos, and quite often lions.

Quad bike
Quad bikes is a fun filled experience for the whole family. Enjoy the bushveld on a quiet ride amongst wild animals or seek some adventure on the obstacle course.
Restaurant's
Enjoy all kinds of different restaurant's within Marloth Park, all in a radius of 2-5km of Bush and Gables.
Kruger National Park
You can enter the Kruger National Drive from Crocodile Bridge which is 20min drive from Marloth Park.
Tiger Fishing
​
The Komati river close to Marloth Park is one of the few places you can catch tiger fish in South Africa and the best way to do this is from a boat. Spend a couple of hours on the water with an experienced fisherman that has been fishing these waters for years. Even if you are a novice your guide has all the experience onboard that you will need. Simply jump on the boat , all equipment , tackle and bait is provided. The river doesn't only host the tigers but has an array of fish species that you will be targeting. Now you don't need to leave the country to catch a Tiger Fish you can do this while visiting Marloth Park.
Elephant Interaction
​
Tswale and Modjadji are the two elephants you will meet , being so close to these enormous animals and experiencing their gentle nature will leave you with unforgettable memories and a new appreciation for the biggest land animal on earth.
